We are a party plan company, part of The Party Plan Network based in Australia.  We pride ourselves on supplying first class service to all our customers and our focus is to make your shopping experience a good and memorable one.

What are the benefits of buying from us?
We buy our products directly from the manufacturer, and as result are able to pass the savings onto you, our customer.

We also offer the flexibility to order in bulk and can take orders for special requirements.

Can I still order a product from your site if it's not available in my size?
Certainly! With a small deposit, we can order most items you see on the site in many different sizes. Please email us with your requirements and contact details and we will arrange for your item to be ordered and delivered directly to you. Contact us to find out more information.

We have many products available that you may not see on the site so if you are looking for something special, contact us and we may be able to help.

Do you offer an exchange and refund policy?
We offer a no hassle 30 day guarantee. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please follow the instructions below, and we’ll happily exchange them, or issue you with a Merchandise Voucher or a full refund.

Exchange & Refund Information
In Line With Australian health and safety standards, all returned items must be un-used, un-worn and in the original packaging.  Please leave your underwear on when trying on the garments for fitting.   All returns should be sent by registered post with an explanation why the garment has been returned ie. faulty, wrong size or wasn't suitable etc and a copy of the invoice within 30 days of purchase.

How long will it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 24 hours if paid by credit card via our online store.  Direct deposit orders are processed when the funds are received into our bank account.  In an out of stock situation, you will be contacted and advised of delivery time.

How is my order sent and will it be discrete?
All orders are packaged very discretely with no indication of the contents.  The parcels are sent by Australia Post and will have to be signed for upon delivery to you.  If nobody is home, a calling card will be left in your mail box for you to collect from your local post office.

What method of payments do you offer?

So that you have complete peace of mind when you pay by credit card on our site, your payment is arranged directly with NAB bank using NAB Transact - MOTO solution, this is a secure link to that bank.  NAB's Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant where data is stored in a secure PCI DSS compliant environment to protect us both.
