We are proud of our reputation for distributing and delivering garments and products of the highest standards, not just in quality, but in design and price as well.If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please follow the instructions below, and we’ll happily exchange them, or issue you with a Merchandise Voucher or a refund.

Exchange & Refund Information

In Line With Australian health and safety standards, all returned items must be un-used, un-worn and in the original packaging.  Please leave your underware on when trying on the garments for fitting.   All returns should be sent by registered post with an explanation why the garment has been returned ie. faulty, wrong size or wasn't suitable etc and a copy of the invoice within 30 days of purchase.

All colours and sizing of products are reproduced as accurately as possible but a slight variation may occur during dying and manufacturing process

We are based in Australia, and our principal activities include party plan of lingerie, accessories and adult novelty toys.

If you choose to register as a Member of Positively Pink, participate in a competition or survey or be included in our mailing list, you are required to provide us with certain identifying information, such as your name, email address, etc.

When you order or conduct other transactions you will also be required to provide Positively Pink with financial details and delivery address and contact details.

At Positively Pink we believe you personal information belongs to you, we are committed to the safeguarding of such information held by us and ensure you that it will only be used to process your order or in the case were you have registered as a member you may receive our site Newsletters on a regular basis.

Your Personal Information will not be disclosed to any other parties unless we are required to do so by law or we, in good faith, believe that such action is necessary to, Comply with the law or with legal process

Positively Pink reserves the right to change its privacy policy. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we'll post those changes on the our website and notify you via our usual channels of communication.

Unless you notify us to the contrary, your information will be used to: Process your application to join or register as a Member, process payments, process and fulfil your orders and deliveries, send you information relating to Positively Pink and its products, understand your preferences and generally for the purposes of the Positively Pink business.
